100% Guilt Free Ice Cream!

I don't usually post about food or nutritional products although I love finding new tasty treats which are low in calories and fat and still fit into my healthy eating lifestyle. There are a number of great blogs out there that have convinced me to try some new product or another and sometimes they are keepers. This one is definitely a keeper so I thought I'd share with you!

Arctic Zero is all natural, low carb, fat free, gluten free, lactose intolerant friendly and a 100% guilt-free delight. Sure, it's not Ben & Jerry's, but let's face it, neither Ben not Jerry has done us much good, have they? But Arctic Zero is cold, creamy (without the cream), flavorful and satisfying.

Remember the days when we sat down in front of the TV with a whole pint of ice cream and a spoon? With Arctic Ice's selection of five flavors you could pig out once more but without the guilt. Choose from chocolate, vanilla with a hint of maple, chocolate peanut better, strawberry banana, and mint chocolate cookie. I've only found this product at Whole Foods but there is a product finder located at the Arctic Zero website.

So if you feel like indulging, I recommend giving it a try. I've got a pint and a half of the chocolate peanut butter in my freezer right now and am willing to share. Come on over...

Sounds great, Ellen! Myo only problem is I'd probably start with the lo-cal stuff but end up with dilly bars lined up in front of me!
